Alvin T. Hofley

Alvin T. Hofley, CPA, was appointed the Chief Financial Officer for the
Cook County Bureau of Health Services December 1, 1996. Mr. Holley was
previously the Chief Financial Officer for Stroger Hospital, the largest Bureau of
Health Services facility.

Mr. Holley began his professional career at Cook County Hospital over 25 years ago as an entry level Accountant, and subsequently held various Senior Financial Management positions. Mr. Holley received his Master of Business Administration Degree from Keller Graduate School of Management and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Illinois State University. Mr. Holley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society and the National Association of Black Accountants
