Support groups are offered as a forum to share personal triumphs and experiences, provide educational information and to promote both physical and emotional recovery. Individuals, their families and friends are welcome to attend.

• HIV/AIDS Family Education-meets every other Saturday
• Laryngectomy Support Group-meets first Sunday of each month
• Spinal Cord Injury Support Group-meets quarterly

Provident Hospital of Cook County

• Asthma-meets Monday and Friday
• Survivors Stroke Club-meets 3rd Thursday of each month
• Smoking Cessation – meets Thursday
